About the study

We are currently recruiting postmenopausal females for a new clinical study. The purpose of this study is to investigate a medication for the treatment of Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressive (FOP), commonly known as Stone Man Syndrome. FOP is a rare genetic condition where the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body slowly turn into bone. FOP affects one in two million people. Currently there are no approved treatments for FOP, but there are medications to help control symptoms.

At this early phase of testing we require healthy participants with no medical conditions, the results of this study will be used to determine whether it can move to the next phase of testing, in patients.
