Study Information

About the study

The purpose of this study is to investigate how AB680 is metabolised when it is administered to healthy participants. It will also be investigated how quickly and to what extent AB680 is absorbed and eliminated from the body. This medication works to block the action of an enzyme that generates adenosine, a chemical which can lead to a decrease in the immune systems response towards cancer. With the help of our participants, this medication may eventually be used for the treatment of cancer.

Volunteers will be reimbursed up to $300 per day during the inpatient stay for their time and inconvenience.

What’s involved?

3 days & nights inpatient stay plus 3 follow-up appointments over the following 12 days.
